RETURNS
Upon receiving any product from us you have 10 days to contact us by phone or e-mail and return it to get a full refund minus any shipping charges.
Backorder Policy
If a back-order becomes necessary we will send an e-mail and personally contact you by phone on all back-orders to let you know the status of your order. Obviously at different times of the year we will have a high volume of orders that may get us a little behind, such as the Christmas Holidays, but we will assure you of when exactly when to expect your order. We will also assure you that your order is important to us and get your order out to you at the best possible time frame as we can. We will always Thank You for your patience.
Shipping Policy
$10.99 SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS UP TO $100!!!
ALL ORDER OVERS $100 SHIPPING IS FREE!!! (within Canada and US) We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please contact us for current shipping times for particular products and locations. For shipments outside the US and Canada including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please contact us before ordering so that shipping can be calculated correctly.
Damaged Goods Policy
If for any reason the item(s) are damaged that you receive, we will replace them within the first week of your receiving them. Please contact us as soon as you find any defect and we will replace it immediately.
